WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BE A SOLE MAN?:
My wife Peggy was diagnosed with cancer in June of 2023 and passed away on September 3, 2023. Dr Barrett was her primary Oncologist; he was such a caring person. Regardless of her condition he always made her feel better. When she passed, I contacted Dr Barrett about possible donations in her honor, I decided donations to CCA was the perfect way to honor her. As the CCA began to receive donations I started to correspond with Steve Abbott (CCA Executive Director). Steve told me about Sole Men, after discussing with him all the benefits of Cincinnati Cancer Advisors and being a Soul Man. I knew that I needed to volunteer. Really looking forward to the event.
