Please help me raise money for Cincinnati Cancer Advisors' mission of providing platinum-level consultative oncology services such as secondary case review, care coordination, referrals, clinical trial navigation, financial navigation, and precision oncology services including genetic testing and counseling to over 500 Greater Cincinnatians diagnosed with cancer - all at no cost to the patient, thanks to the generosity of private donors.
Hi, my name is Todd Kerlin. I am 38 years old and a graduate from the University of Dayton; where I met my wife of 12 years, Alison. By degree, I am a Mechanical Engineer but I have spent my whole career in manufacturing. I currently work at Hobart in Troy, OH making commercial dishwashers; not the sexiest job but someone has to wash the dishes.
FAVORITE SPORTS TEAM: Notre Dame Football and University of Dayton Basketball
HOBBIES/INTERESTS: Enjoying golf and became a member of Troy Country Club in 2020. I also love wheeling and dealing on items that I find at auctions, Goodwill stores or any other place that has "hidden gems".
FAVORITE LOCAL RESTAURANT: Thai 9 in Dayton, OH
WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BE A SOLE MAN?: I would like to say that I was recruited by my wife's uncle, John Kendall. As the reigning "Kine of Sole", John did a lot of bragging about his title, the fundraising, the event, and most importantly, the mission of the Sole Man event. Determined to dethrone Johnny and raise more money than he did, I accepted the invitation to be a Sole Man this year! Kidding aside, and on a personal note, my father is a Prostate Cancer survivor and I view this event as a way to support my father and pay homage to all those that helped him with his journey and those that we've lost to cancer.
